If you have an urgent medical question or concern after hours, please call our answering service number at (937) 444-0035 and follow the prompts. If you have a medical emergency, please call 911.

If a patient, parent, or guardian has a complaint they can complete a patient complaint report that will be addressed within 72 business hours. In the event your complaint remains unsolved by our management staff, of All About Kids Pediatrics, LLC, you may file a complaint with our Accreditor, The Compliance Teams, Inc, via their website (www.thecomplianceteam.org) or via phone at 1-800-291-5353.

NOTE TO PREVIOUS PATIENTS: If you were a previous patient of Dr. Gunter's between June 2010 and June 2012, your medical records are now located in our office. A record release will not be needed to retrieve your records.
