Chasity Archer, Medical Assistant/Practice Manager

I have 1 daughter whom I absolutely adore and love more than life. I have lived/worked in the Adams/Brown county area for 20 years. I have served both areas in pediatrics for 17 of them. With this experience I have learned that I absolutely love children and I am blessed to get to work and serve each and every day. I couldn't ask for a better job!

Megan Beaver, Office Administrator/Billing Specialist

I have three children, 2 sons and 1 daughter. We live in the Brown county area. I have worked in the medical field since 2014. I have worked in the front and the back office. Being a part of the front office gives me the opportunity to know each of the children without giving the "ouchies." I like that a lot better!

Julie Meiers, Certified Nurse Practitioner

Julie Meiers received her undergraduate degree from The University of Cincinnati in 2013 and her graduate degree from South University in 2017. She has been practicing as a Certified Nurse Practitioner since passing her state boards in June of 2017.
Julie is happily married and has a son who she adores. Julie and her family live in Brown County. During Julie’s free time she enjoys being with her family and anything outdoors. Julie has always enjoyed working with kids and looks forward to getting to know and provide quality care to each one of her patients.

Melissa Grooms, License Practical Nurse

I have been in the medical field since 1998. I am happily married with 2 children. I love working with kids and getting to know every one of our patients or each and every one.

Megan Mayes, Medical Assistant

I have been in the medical field since 2008. I have a daughter that I adore and enjoy spending all my time with her. I love working with the kids and getting to know each of them.

This is my first job in the medical field, and I couldn't be more excited to get to know all the kids and families.

Kayla Wagoner, Medical Receptionist

I have been in the medical field since 2021. I live in West Union with my two dogs. On the weekends I enjoy doing makeup for various events.



Nicole Hance, Certified Nurse Practitioner

Nicole received her undergraduate nursing degree from The University of Cincinnati in 2006, and her graduate degree in both pediatrics (2011) and family practice (2017) from the University of Cincinnati. She has been practicing as a Certified Nurse Practitioner for over ten years. Nicole resides in Cincinnati, OH with her husband, two dogs and a cat that she adores. She enjoys spending time with family and friends at sporting events, concerts, and on vacations. Pediatrics has always been her favorite specialty. Over the years she has enjoyed watching her earliest patients at AAKP mature into and prosper as young adolescents."
